Sweet Red Bean Soup

Red Bean Soup​ has many health benefits and are good for health. Try out this recipe by Lim Wai Cheng, a NPC survivor. ​is very good for health and has lots of vitamins and minerals.





Serves: 2

Total Cooking Time: 40 minutes


Ingredient

100 g Red Beans

1 tsp Sugar


Method

Step 1

Soak red beans in water overnight


Step 2

Place red beans except sugar into saucepan. Boil and lower heat to cook for 40 minutes. When the red beans are soft enough, add rock sugar and off heat.
